“Very well organized tour. Met outside of our port at the reserved time and drove to Pompeii. Once we were there, we got given an ear piece so that we could listen to the guide. The tour was approx 2 hours and they showed us all of the main parts of Pompeii, explaining the history. Overall I really enjoyed this tour and I would recommend it!”

“Was not impressed with Naples. It’s a very dirty city. We spent the first hour waiting for our tour operator who was delayed due to the subway system closing. Then we spent the next 30 minutes picking up people. Pompeii was nice, but overall not impressed with the whole tour.”

“The information on where to meet was not on the voucher. We had to find someone at the port to help us. The guide was late to pick us up and his time keeping on the tour was terrible. We took an earlier ferry back from Capri as we did not trust the guide to get us back before the ship sailed. Our tour was to start at 8:45 and we did not catch the ferry until 9:30. “The tour guide Mary was excellent. Very attentive, personable and knowledgeable. The driver Giacomo (sp?) was an excellent driver through these small towns and windy roads. However, this was an 8 hour tour. We spent a good amount of time in the small van driving through different areas of Italy on our way to the Amalfi Coast. Very beautiful drive. But the van was not large enough for our group. Every seat in the van was taken up and the seats were very small. The 4 seats in the back were very tight for 4 adults. The A/C was also inadequate.”

“We were met at our cruise ship and easily found our guide. We did realize we would be transported to another spot and carry on in a different vehicle. Then we went to a different area of the port and picked up more people. From there we started into and eventually stopped and picked up a guide and more people.
