“If I could I would give no stars. The tickets I bought were supposed to be emailed two days before the event, rather it was something that said it was supposed to be shown to “ticket obaining location” to redeem, and the ticket office did not accept them at all. I ended up buying new ones at the location which were about $20 less in total than this! Absolutely don’t recommend. Things were not clear and I truly don’t know if these were real tickets or not. The Royal Palace was not very busy, so I think it is likely easiest to purchase tickets there.”
