“So happy that I was able to see the ruins, however, the tour wasn't too good. It was hard to understand the guide with his italian accent so if you are an english speaker I wouldn't recommend this one. The trip around Naples wasn't that well done either. Again, I couldn't really understand what he was say. It was raining so that probably didn't help either. Overall, I was happy to see Pompeii and the staff was really nice but if you are looking to learn and have a guide where you can ask anything question you would like, then this one is not for you.”

This tour is not for people without stamina. It’s a go,go,go. Then relax. Great timing. The bus rides are not for the faint at heart.”

“Roberta was terrific. Very comprehensive tour of Pompeii. We stayed ahead of the crowds and were able to cover a lot of the city very effectively. The hike up Mt Vesuvius is fairly strenuous but you can go up as high as you would like. I am a 75 year old man in decent shape and made it to the top with just a couple breaks. About a 30 minute walk to the summit. Highly recommend this tour and our guide.”

“Tour delivers on visiting main towns. Good value. However, under an hour in both Sorrento and Positano is very rushed but not unexpected. Driver was friendly and seemed to enjoy using his horn to bully traffic out of the way. Ideally would have found time to stop at a couple of viewpoints. Driver frequently pointed out amazing views but never stopped to allow us to take a photo.”

“Wonderful tour experience! Communication was excellent prior to cruise. Tour guide was knowledgeable and flexible and made the experience memorable. Vehicle was very comfortable! He was very conscientious about our making it back to the ship on time! Small group is the way to go! The only unexpected item was that a private tour guide of Pompeii wasn't included. Tour guide arranged for one and we had the option to pay onsite.”

“The beauty of the nature and the vulcano is fantastic but the cost for the tour is very exagerated...the service was our pick up and delivery to the hotel (which is 40 min drive in one direction) and guide on the vulcano...who actually was the only person on the site for ALL the turists there...he said literally 2 words about main things of Vesuvio like last explosion and height of the crater...it was 5 min talk. i can't believe i paid 60 eur for this. it is really too much. the real cost of the Vesuvio national park is written in the ticket which they send you and it is…”

“The Pompeii part of this excursion was canceled at 3pm the day before because of the time our cruise ship left port. Viator knew the times when we originally booked this tour 3-4 months ahead of time. Very disappointed in that part. However, the tour guide, Guisi, was fabulous and kept us on track.”

She arrived at the meeting point at the agreed time and was extremely helpful with giving us all the information we needed; including tickets. Federica has great people skills and we had multiple conversations with her about lots of different topics. Doing the boat tour, gave us a good costal view of Capri, before spending a good duration of time in Amalfi. Federica gave us good local knowledge; like the good places to eat and historical insight of Amalfi and good tips on how to use our time.
