“After driving an hour to Naples for the guided bike ride it was cancelled at the very last minute (the start time) as we went to check in. Very disappointing!! Then we had an hour drive back home with our out of town guests. Would not recommend this experience as last minute cancellations without any notification is a very bad business practice and very uncaring of people’s time.”

“This tour starts off on an ebike that you probably won’t be familiar with. That’s all good until you take on city traffic. I don’t mean Mayberry traffic either. We are in our 60’s and owners of e-bikes, but if your agility is not good and you’re not willing to brave Naples traffic… then you this may not be for you. Max was super but people be crazy in Naples. We biked around 22 miles according to my wife. Good day with some moderate to strenuous biking at times. To the operator: I suggest you provide at least one bottle of water and carry some kind of first aide kit…”
